Picfre.com provides a digital service that uses artificial intelligence technology to generate titles and keywords for your images and videos. Our payment model is based on prepaid points.
Minimum Recharge: To use our services, you need to add funds to your account. The minimum recharge amount is $10.00 (US Dollars).
Service Fees: For each successfully completed processing transaction (generating titles and keywords or other), fees will be deducted from your account balance. The specific fee for each transaction will be displayed or provided to you before you use it extensively.
All recharges to your Picfre.com account are final and non-refundable.
Once you add funds to your account, these points can only be used for services provided on picfre.com. Even if your account is terminated (whether voluntarily or involuntarily), we will not provide refunds or credits for any unused portion of your account balance.
For each processing request made through our service, we incur costs, including fees for using third-party AI and server resources. The no-refund policy allows us to manage these operating costs and continue to provide services at competitive prices.
If you believe there is a billing error or unauthorized transaction, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter, but this does not imply that a refund will be issued in accordance with our no-refund policy. Our investigation will focus on whether the service was indeed provided in accordance with the transaction records (file names and timestamps).
By recharging your Picfre.com account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this refund policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not recharge or use our paid services.
