Q: Will Picfre use my uploaded images to train AI?
A: Absolutely not. Picfre is positioned as an efficiency tool. We only invoke AI interfaces for metadata inference. We pledge that your original images will never be used for training any AI models or constructing datasets.
Q: Are images retained on the server after processing?
A: To ensure your privacy and data security, encrypted image data is deleted immediately after metadata generation. The system does not retain your original images.
Q: Why am I charged multiple times for processing the same image?
A: As mentioned above, since we do not retain any user image data, the system cannot identify whether you have processed a specific image before. Every metadata generation request for the same image triggers a new AI processing task and incurs a fee. We recommend saving your generated results carefully.
Q: How does Picfre’s billing work?
A: We use a prepaid credit system. Each successful generation of titles and keywords will deduct the corresponding points from your account balance.
Q: What is the minimum recharge amount?
A: The minimum recharge amount is $1.99 USD.
Q: Can I request a refund?
A: No. According to our Terms of Service, all recharge transactions are final and non-refundable. Once funds are added to your account, they cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
Q: Why are refunds not provided?
A: Every AI processing request incurs immediate third-party API costs and server resource consumption.
Q: Who owns the generated content?
A: You retain ownership of your uploaded content, and you also fully own the metadata (titles and keywords) generated through this service.
Q: How accurate is the AI-generated content?
A: Content is provided “As Is.” While we continuously optimize our algorithms, we cannot guarantee that the generated metadata will be 100% accurate in all scenarios. We recommend a final review before submission.
Q: What should I do if I find a billing anomaly?
A: Please contact us immediately. We will retrieve back-end transaction records (including filenames and timestamps) for verification and investigation.
